Material:Stainless steel 304、304L、316、316L
Properties:corrosion resistance, inoxidability, abrasive resistance, antimagnetic property(300 series), hardenability(400 series), and so on. Meanwhile, the ductility and impact strength of which are excellent.
Permitted work temperature in the air:600℃
Application:
304L stainless steel was used for equipment and mechanical element, which shows excellent properties especially corrosion resistance and formability. The applications covered food industry, chemical engineering and nuclear energy. By the use of atmospheric corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
316L stainless steel was used in sever conditions such as seawater, chemistry, paper making, oxalic acid, fertilizer and other conditions.
Suitable environment: Nitric acid, sulphuric acid (concentration about 96%), acetic acid, boric acid, nitrous acid, oxalic acid, alkali, hydrogen sulfide, acetylene, steam, seawater, liquated natrium, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, liquid helium, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid (concentration about 5%), air, hydrogen.
